What is the return policy?

When you purchase from us, above all else, we value you, our customer, and want to make your experience with our website the best online shopping experience possible. If something goes wrong with your product, you should always contact us and we will do whatever we can to help. What are the shipping options?

We will deliver to most addresses within Australia, but do not deliver to international locations. We require a street address for delivery – unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Some remote locations cannot be serviced, however LN Marketing’ courier (Direct Freight https://www.directfreight.com.au) may be able to deliver to a local depot where you can collect your products.

The locations we can deliver to may change from time-to-time. Please call our Customer Service Centre on (03) 9775 0713 to find out if we deliver to your location.

What is the freight charge on my order?

Freight costs within Australia are set at a flat rate of $9.95 (inc GST) and prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.

When will I receive my order?

Deliveries are made (to the best of our ability) between 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday by LN Marketing’s chosen courier (Direct Freight), we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, LN Marketing are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes

  • 3-5 working days for delivery to a capital city in any State;
  • 7-14 working days for delivery to most large regional towns; and
  • 7-14 working days for delivery to other remote locations.

During peak periods (e.g. Christmas), the delivery may take up to 14 working days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary. Large items may require extra handling and may take longer to transport.

We are not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

What do I do if I never received my order?

How do I make a change to an order I have already placed?

We understand that mistakes or change of mind can happen. We can provide you with a refund or change the order if the order has not been dispatched. Please contact our Customer Service centre on (03) 9775 0713 as soon as possible so we can make the required changes to your order.

Where can I find my local stockist?

Can you repair my Hot Devil product?

At Hot Devil, we do not have the qualified staff or spare parts to be able to repair your Hot Devil product. If something goes wrong with your product, please contact the stockist that you purchased the product and they will be able to assist you. If you have purchased from our website, you should always contact us, and we will do whatever we can to help. Please read the terms and condition and returns policy that fully outlines your warranty rights.

Do you supply spare parts for my Hot Devil Product?

Due to safety reasons, we do not supply spare parts for our Hot Devil products. All the Hot Devil products are covered by warranty.  If your goods are defective within the warranty period, you will be provided with a replacement, store credit or refund of the full amount of the purchase price.

I am a stockist and my company is not listed on the Hot Devil Website, who do I contact to have it added to the my stockist page?

Are your Trade Map, Propane & Oxygen cylinders recyclable? Where?

These cylinders are recyclable once empty.  Most municipal tips have recycling facilities that accept cylinders (some charge, some are free).  We would suggest contacting your local tip for more information.

My oxygen cylinder has run out quickly when I have been using my oxy kit, how long is the oxygen cylinder mean to last?

The Hot Devil Oxy Kit and Super Oxy Blow Torch Kit are the two kits with the fine flame.  Both these kits require the oxygen cylinder to achieve the desired flame.  When used correctly the Oxy Kit will achieve approximately 20 minutes from an oxygen cylinder, and the Super Oxy Blow Torch Kit will get almost 25 minutes.  Having said this, if the initial ‘dirty flame’ is set too high, then the amount of oxygen needed to achieve a good pinpoint flame is quite high, resulting in a burn time of 5-10 minutes per oxygen cylinder.

There are other units that can have a hose fitted for ease of use, however whilst the flame is quite effective on these other units, it is not the pinpoint flame of an oxy kit.  Please see YouTube link demonstrating such a kit. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2jqJ524ChVA

Can I get a printable PDF copy of the safety, instruction & operating manual as I have thrown away the box for my oxy kit?

We are currently in the process of updating our instructional and operating information to help make the instructions easy to follow. Many of our products on the website will be updated with a Downloadable PDF document with all the instructions in case you have misplaced them or thrown away the box.
