- As an Australian family-owned business, we pledge to you that your warranty claim will be processed without fuss!
- If your Hot Devil product doesn’t work, it will be replaced on the spot*
- Simply present your faulty product to your original place of purchase with a valid receipt.
- We encourage you to call or email us if you have any questions regarding our No fuss Warranty Program, we would be happy to assist in any way we can.
*The product must be within the warranty period and free from obvious damage and/or unreasonable misuse. If a replacement cannot be supplied within a reasonable timeframe, an alternative product or refund may be provided. The warranty is strictly limited to the replacement of the Hot Devil product in question. LN Marketing shall not be held liable for any damage and/or injury caused by accident, misuse, improper operation, lack of reasonable care, unauthorized modification, loss of parts, tampering, or attempted repair by an unauthorized person/s.
